CALL FOR PAPERS

Next year's conference of the Society will take place at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge. The theme is 'Education'. Papers are invited on any aspect of this theme.

Possible subjects include:

• Women's education
• Schools and/or universities
• Education in the ways of the world
• Religious education
• Philosophical perspectives on learning
• Theories of education
• Literary representations of learning and education

Proposals for papers (250-300 words) should be sent to the Secretary, Professor Richard Maber (r.g.maber@durham.ac.uk) by 31 January 2013. In order to present a paper at the conference, one must be a member of the Society.
